The client must comply with all of our security protocols, without exception.

We maintain absolute confidentiality regarding our clients, sources, and agents.

The client and the Agency will be provided with a unique email and password, where communications must be saved in the draft folder, read, and deleted. This method avoids actual email transmission, ensuring greater security.

If necessary, an in-person meeting may be scheduled with no obligation to hire our services.

The in-person meeting must be conducted in English, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian. If the client does not speak one of these languages, we will provide a trusted interpreter.

The meeting will take place in a public, neutral location selected by the agent assigned to the case.

All contracted services must be paid 50% at the start and 50% upon completion.

Fees will be disclosed after a preliminary evaluation of the case and will be determined based on the type and complexity of the service.

Permanent service arrangements with monthly payments are available.
